“We needed a new thermostat and the repairman, Brent, was very polite and efficient. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working again and I called on a Friday. I called to report the problem and set up an appointment for that Monday. The owner of the company, John Love, heard that I had a problem and called me personally to try to resolve it. He was very polite. He wanted to try to walk me through some things over the phone to see if I could get the air to kick on. I was on my way to work so he left me his cell phone number so that I could call him when I got home.”
